RETAINERS/TRAVEL FEE
There is a $50 Non-refundable retainer required at checkout. This does go towards your style.
The traveling fee varies depending on where your located. You must add the traveling fee to your appointment as an add on. The listed traveling fee is a starting price. You will be contacted with the remaining balance after booking your appointment.
Retainers are only to be refunded if the Kay Edit profesionally cancels for unfortunate circumstances.
HAIR PREP
Hair should be at least 4 inches all around for all styles
Hair must be washed and blow dried with no product unless your adding on a wash and blow to the service.
I do not provide any hair, you must have your own bundles or wig upon my arrival, unless booking a luxury install where I provide the hair for you.
COMFORT POLICY
At the Kay Edit I assure to provide high-quality, comfortable, and professional services. To guarantee both my safety and yours, I kindly ask that all clients provide a clean, safe and sanitary enviroment.
Before my arrival, please ensure:

Clean Space: A tidy, clutter - free area with enough room for me to work comfortably

Sanitary conditions: No visible mold, pests, or strong odors that may pose a health risk

Suitable chair: A dining table chair, computer chair, foldable char or outside plastic chair are good for me to work with.

Good lighting and ventilation: A well - lit space with adequate airflow

No pets: Please make sure your pet(s) is and remains in a cage or another room upon arrival. If you can have them at another residence for your appointment I´d be more than grateful as some animals do affect my allergies.
If these conditions aren´t met:
I reserve the right to refuse service on-site if the enviroment is unsafe, unsanitary, or unsuitable for work. The deposit / Traveling fee is still non - refundable in these cases, as I´ve still invested time, money and travel.
If you´re unsure wether your space meets these guidelines, feel free to send photos of your set up before the appointment.
WHAT TO EXPECT
I will provide everything I need to accomplish your desired style. (Unless your booking a Luxury Install)
There will be no extra charges unless you want an add on to your style.
You will receive a confirmation email within 10 minutes after booking.
I will contact you before making my way to your residence to make sure we´re on the same page and assure your luxury experience. Feel free to kick your feet up and grab a glass of wine in the comfort of your home.
